Open Dolphin Passwords on your device and securely unlock your safe using your unique username and master password. This initial step ensures encrypted access to your stored logins.

Navigate to the top right corner of the app interface and tap on the icon. From the options presented, select “Export.” Save the resulting encrypted file to your preferred cloud storage service, such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your company’s shared folder, ensuring the utmost security of your credentials.

Launch Dolphin Passwords on your second device, whether it’s an iPhone, Android phone, iPad, Android tablet, Windows PC, macOS, or Linux. Create a safe or open an existing one using the same username and master password, ensuring a secure entry point to your logins.

Tap on the top right corner icon and choose “Import (Merge).”

Browse and select the encrypted file you saved in your cloud drive during the export process.

Review a preview of the logins to be imported, including new entries and updates, all processed securely.

Once satisfied with the preview, confirm the import process. Dolphin Passwords will seamlessly merge the logins from the selected file into your current safe on the new device, maintaining the highest standards of security.

Repeat these secure steps across your various devices whenever you need to update or access your logins. Dolphin Passwords ensures that your credentials are consistently synchronized in a secure and hassle-free manner across your entire device ecosystem.
